We aim to make the booking process as simple and flexible as possible.

Length of Stay

• Throughout most of the year: Minimum stay is 4 nights with a flexible changeover day.
• July and August: Minimum stay is generally 1 week or more, with Saturday changeovers.

If you have specific dates or requirements, please feel free to ask — we will do our best to accommodate you.

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival: After 16:00
• Departure: Before 10:00

Alternative arrangements may be possible by prior agreement.

Longer Stays Out of Season

Our gîtes are available for longer-term rentals outside the main holiday season – ideal for house-hunters, visiting family, remote workers, or anyone simply seeking to get away from it all. Please get in touch to discuss rates, availability and terms.

Payment Terms

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
• Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of reservation (via bank transfer).

What’s Included

Your rental price includes:

• Electricity, gas and water
• Bed linen, towels, and tea towels (please bring your own pool/beach towels)

The local Taxe de Séjour (tourist tax) is charged extra.

Cleaning

The gîtes will be clean and ready for your arrival, and we kindly ask that they are left in a similar condition on departure. Cleaning products and equipment are provided.
If you prefer, an end-of-stay cleaning service can be arranged for an additional charge.

Additional Information

• Both gîtes are non-smoking.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior agreement.
• Cots, highchairs, and stair gates are available at no extra cost.
